Introduction
In Tiny Tina's Wonderlands, you will find hundreds of weapons, including dozens of Legendary ones. If you think that's already a lot, let us blow your mind by telling you that all of them come with randomized Prefixes and Suffixes, so there are literally thousands of possible combinations. This, however, doesn't mean that everything in the game's wide arsenal is completely random. Many weapons feature specific special effects that remain unchanged, no matter what affixes are rolled (the most powerful of these effects are often found on the Legendary Weapons). Yes, the randomly-generated modifiers make weapons stronger, but the weapon-specific special effects are what make some of the guns stand out. To showcase the power of some of these effects, we have prepared a list of the best Tiny Tina's Wonderlands Legendary Weapons.
The List
Important Note: Because of the random nature of Tiny Tina's Wonderlands Weapons (they are all randomly generated to some extent as they can receive different prefixes and suffixes when they drop), the exact effects and statistics of the featured weapons may vary from copy to copy. The values shown down below are just examples of what you may expect from the described firearms.
Rogue Imp |
|
Rarity | Legendary |
Weapon Type and Manufacturer | Assault Rifle, Skulldugger |
Weapon Stats (Lvl Req 40, I-score 466) |
|
Special Effects |
|
How to Get Rogue Imp in Tiny Tina's Wonderlands? | This is a World Drop so it doesn't have a dedicated drop source. If you want to obtain it relatively quickly, your best bet is to farm at The Chaos Chamber in the Queen Butt Stallion's Castle in Brighthoof. |
This powerful Assault Rifle has a relatively low rate of fire but it more than makes up for it with its damage per shot. While being fired, it quickly starts to overheat. Normally, this would be a problem, however, Rogue Imp has an ace up his sleeve... Once it's overheated, it launches three wyverns out of its barrel. These wyverns deal AoE Damage and throw themselves at your enemies. As a result, you deal solid AoE Damage in the period in which you'd normally deal no damage at all. |
Gluttony |
|
Rarity | Legendary |
Weapon Type and Manufacturer | SMG, Feriore |
Weapon Stats (Lvl Req 40, I-score 481) |
|
Special Effects |
|
How to Get Gluttony in Tiny Tina's Wonderlands? | Droll the Troll has an increased chance of dropping this. You can find him at The Clopping Road at the Queen's Gate. |
This powerful Pistol works like a grenade, basically. When you Reload it, your character will throw it away. The gun will then create a Dagger Storm at the point of impact and reduce your HP to 50% in the process (if you're below 50% Health, your HP will remain unchanged). The Storm will leech Health back to you and deal high amounts of damage to all nearby enemies. The more Bullets left in the magazine, the more damage the Dagger Storm will deal so you should Throw it after firing a single bullet. Also, the Magazine capacity increase will work as a damage boost. |
Live Wire |
|
Rarity | Legendary |
Weapon Type and Manufacturer | SMG, DAHLIA |
Weapon Stats (Lvl 40, I-score 509) |
|
Special Effects |
|
How to Get Live Wire in Tiny Tina's Wonderlands? | This is a World Drop so it doesn't have a dedicated drop source. You'll have a solid chance to get it if you farm in Chaos Chamber at Brighthoof or kill Zomboss at Shattergrave Barrow. |
Live Wire is not your regular submachinegun as it doesn't fire bullets - instead, it fires a beam of lightning. Moreover, the enemies are close enough to each other, Live Wire's beam will produce a constant "chain lightning" effect that will simply obliterate them. Using this SMG feels like cheating sometimes: You point it at an enemy, hold the trigger, and everything in the general area gets electrocuted and eventually is burnt to a crisp. Because of its amazing effect, this is definitely one of the most versatile Tiny Tina's Wonderlands Weapons. |
Red Hellion |
|
Rarity | Legendary |
Weapon Type and Manufacturer | Shotgun, HYPERIUS |
Weapon Stats (Lvl Req 40, I-score 456) |
|
Special Effects |
|
How to Get Red Hellion in Tiny Tina's Wonderlands? | Red Helion has a chance to drop from the Obsidian Wyvern Boss. To access the boss, you'll need to do a mission called "Walk the Stalk" (it's accessible from the Overworld). |
On paper, this Shotgun looks rather mediocre; Yes, it's a solid weapon but it seems too generic to warrant its Legendary status. This first impression changes rapidly, once you stack movement speed, as this weapon's strength stacks directly with your ability to move fast. The best thing is that you don't actually have to move to make it insanely strong - it takes your potential movement speed into account, not your current speed. If you want to make the most out of this one, get as many movement speed bonuses as you can - it's possible to increase Red Hellion's bullet count by over 2.5 times! |
Thunder Anima |
|
Rarity | Legendary |
Weapon Type and Manufacturer | Assault Rifle, Skulldugger |
Weapon Stats (Lvl Req 40, I-score 456) |
|
Special Effects |
|
How to Get Thunder Anima in Tiny Tina's Wonderlands?? | This is a World Drop so it doesn't have a dedicated drop source. Reportedly, completing the encounters in Chaos Chambers to collect The Crystals and then feeding The Crystals to Chaos Bunnies produces the best results. |
This unique weapon is one of the best sources of AOE damage in the game. Once it starts rolling, its lightning bolts can easily cover up the whole screen and electrocute every enemy in your general area. If you're looking for a weapon that will let you beat up large numbers of enemies very easily, this is the one. Its only downside is that it currently can't be enchanted as the re-roll machine doesn't recognize it for some reason (this is most likely a bug that will be fixed very soon). |
Reign of Arrows |
|
Rarity | Legendary |
Weapon Type and Manufacturer | Shotgun, BLACKPOWDER |
Weapon Stats (Lvl Req 40, I-score 501) |
|
Special Effects |
|
How to Get Reign of Arrows in Tiny Tina's Wonderlands? | This is a World Drop so it doesn't have a dedicated drop source. You'll have a solid chance to get it if you farm in Chaos Chamber at Brighthoof or kill Zomboss at Shattergrave Barrow. |
According to some, this is the best Shotgun in the game because it's capable of shredding groups of enemies with vicious volleys of arrows. If you're looking for a gun that can simply destroy groups of enemies, look no further. It gets even better if you boost its magazine size. Reign of Arrows has some downsides, however. Mainly, it's actually rather bad when used at very close range as the arrows can hurt you and it's not that good at hitting flying enemies (these are rather insignificant, especially if you carry a backup weapon that can fill in the gaps in your offense). Side Note: It gets even better if you boost its magazine size. |
Liquid Cooling |
|
Rarity | Legendary |
Weapon Type and Manufacturer | Pistol, Skulldugger |
Weapon Stats (Lvl Req 40, I-score 501) |
|
Special Effects |
|
How to Get Liquid Cooling in Tiny Tina's Wonderlands? | Liquid Cooling drops from the Lissa, Iron-Wrought mini-boss who resides at the Ancient Obelisk in the Crackmast Cove - Scallywag Landing. Keep in mind that the drop chance is extremely low and you might spend some time there before even a single copy drops. |
While Liquid Cooling has received a nerf and therefore is no longer considered the best weapon in Tiny Tina's Wonderlands, it still easily makes it to the top 10. Its power comes from the fact that it can potentially fire non-stop and dish out unbelievable amounts of damage in the process. This is a real possibility because scoring a Critical Hit with Liquid Cooling reverses its Overheating mechanic and prevents it from breaking. The best thing is, it will work on any character and you don't really have to stack Crit Chance to make it work. |
Queen's Cry |
|
Rarity | Legendary |
Weapon Type and Manufacturer | Pistol, STOKER |
Weapon Stats (Lvl Req 40, I-score 466) |
|
Special Effects |
|
How to Get Queen's Cry in Tiny Tina's Wonderlands? | This is a World Drop so it doesn't have a dedicated drop source. Dragon Lord, the final boss of Wonderlands is known to drop Queen's Cry with decent probability. You can also find one in his chest. You'll find him in the Crest of Fate at The Fearamid. |
This amazing weapon deals a lot of damage with unbelievable consistency. To boost it even further, you should definitely buff both of its damage sources (Spell and Gun damage). On top of that, it has a chance to summon Frost Meteors on the heads of your enemies after you hit them with it. As a result, this is one of the strongest and most fun-to-use weapons in the entire game. |
Automagic.exe |
|
Rarity | Legendary |
Weapon Type and Manufacturer | Pistol, STOKER |
Weapon Stats (Lvl Req 40, I-score 501) |
|
Special Effects |
|
How to Get Automagic.exe in Tiny Tina's Wonderlands? | Banshee, the boss who resides in the Weepwild Darkness - The Corrupted Heard is known to drop this amazing weapon. It should drop after just a few attempts. |
This high-tech pistol has a very high rate of fire, fires multiple projectiles at once, and has an enormous magazine size which allows it to deal high amounts of damage very consistently. It has two firing modes: Regular Fire and Homing Fire which allows you to shoot a tracker dart that marks the target and makes all subsequent bullets home themselves to that target. The second mode even allows you to damage enemies from behind the cover or when facing a completely different direction. Its main downside is the fact that the Regular Fire mode has awful accuracy - use the tracking mode or close the distance to maximize its potential. |
Masterwork Handbow |
|
Rarity | Legendary |
Weapon Type and Manufacturer | Pistol, BLACKPOWDER |
Weapon Stats (Lvl Req 40, I-score 489) |
|
Special Effects |
|
How to Get Masterwork Handbow in Tiny Tina's Wonderlands? | Masterwork Handbow has an increased chance to drop from Captain Swallow, a mini-boss of the Shrine Piece-Grindana. To defeat him, you'll have to clear two Encounters and interact with an Obelisk first. |
This handy little crossbow is one of the strongest weapons in the game and it has one of the highest damage-per-shot stats. While it has a laughable mag size of 1, it can reload it instantly if it scores a critical hit and it has one of the highest crit bonuses out of all Tiny Tina's Wonderlands Weapons. Moreover, it deals more and more damage as you pepper the enemies with bolts and the bolts get stuck in them. This means that it can potentially snowball its damage to unbelievable proportions. As you can probably imagine, it works extremely well with high Crit Chance. |
END NOTE Picking up any of the above-mentioned weapons should visibly increase your power level in Tiny Tina's Wonderlands and allow you to farm for the subsequent ones relatively easily. May the RNG be ever in your favor, especially during the loot runs. We hope that you have found this guide useful and informative.
