Hexblast Miner Saboteur is a great build to its amazing clear speed and single target DPS, and comfortable playstyle. The big cast time is solved with mine throwing speed and the crit playstyle becomes really strong from the Sandstorm Visage helmet. The build also provides many solid defensive layers: 60%+ Physical Damage Reduction, 80%+ Spell Suppression Chance, Blind and up to 10% Reduced Damage Taken from the Mine Mastery. An exceptional all-rounder!
